Professional Development Workshop for UWMS Saturday School Staff

The Upper Westchester Muslim Society is pleased to host a Professional Development Workshop for our Saturday School Teachers, Assistants, and Substitutes on Sunday, September 13. This interactive session will focus on classroom management and student engagement, led by Sr. Kathy Jamil, M.Ed., ABD, of Learning in Tandem Consulting, LLC (kathyjamil.com).

Two sessions will be offered to best serve our staff across grade levels:

Session I: 10:00 AM – 12:30 PM, for teachers of K – E5

Session II: 1:30 PM – 4:00 PM, for teachers of M1 and above

All Saturday School Teachers, Assistants, and Substitutes are encouraged to attend the session that corresponds to their grade level.
