Event Space Reservation Request

Thank you for your interest in reserving space at the masjid. This form is required for all facility bookings and must be submitted in full for consideration.

Advance Notice Required

All booking requests must be submitted at least fourteen (14) days prior to the requested event date. Requests submitted less than one week in advance will be considered emergency bookings and may be subject to an additional administrative fee.

Approval Process

Submission of this form does not guarantee approval. All requests are reviewed based on space availability, compliance with masjid policies, and operational capacity. Final confirmation will be provided via written email approval.
